Default Microsoft Visual Basics- a pop-up

Does anyone have some suggestions as to how to fix this annoying pop-up?
Everytime I open Word, this pop-up message is presented. The pop-up window
displays the words "Microsoft Visual Basics", with "File not found:
DVZAddin.dll,"
and at bottom has two buttons for "OK" and "Help". I tried either button,
but have not resolved the problem.

thanks

This dll is used by DataViz. Everytime Word opens, it probably loads a
template which refers to this missing addin. The template should be
located in your Word or Office startup folder and should have a
similar name. Try removing it and restarting Word.
