Default fit contents to window

I am trying to create a newsletter. I am using a table with two columns. it
looks fine in print layout but when I change to web layout it cuts off most
of the the right hand column and the reader has to scroll across to see it.
How can i make this fit into one window without the need to scroll?
when i send it as a mail merge email it does the same thing and I need it to
be all in one window/view
Please help!!
many thanks
Suzi

The formatting requirements of HTML e-mail and Word document are entirely
different. You should do the formatting in web view.

Default fit contents to window

Set the width of the table to 100%. It will then fill/fit the window
regardless of width.
