I can't figure out how to fax documents from Word 2007, and can't get an answer on the internet. I'm trying to find work, so this is very important to me. Can someone please give me an answer? Thank you |

Faxing from Word 2007
Word has no inherent ability to send faxes. Depending on your operating
system e.g. Windows XP and some versions of Vista, you may have fax software available though not installed. If not you will need some third party fax software or an upgrade to Vista. With either option you will also need a fax capable modem. With the software installed sending faxes is simply a matter of 'printing' the document to the fax driver. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Wordsmith wrote: I can't figure out how to fax documents from Word 2007, and can't get an answer on the internet. Faxing from Word 2007
I am using Vista Home Premium, & my laptop has a 56k modem, but my Office
Prof. 2007 only shows subscribing to an internet fax company to send faxes. What would it show as a fax printer? Sandi "Graham Mayor" wrote: Word has no inherent ability to send faxes. The 'Home' versions of Vista do not include fax software. You will need a
third party product e.g. http://www.rkssoftware.com/rksfax/overview.html or an upgrade to a business version of Vista -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Wordsmith wrote: I am using Vista Home Premium, & my laptop has a 56k modem, but my Office Prof. 2007 only shows subscribing to an internet fax company to send faxes.
