Rotate Page
After I have a page set up, I'd like to rotate it 180 degrees.
How do I do that? Thanks, Doug |

Select either Portrait or Landscape in Page Setup.

Rotate Page
Thanks Terry but that's not what I mean.
I want to create a document that will be folded in half. Let's say 8 1/2 X 11 becomes an 8 1/2 X 5 1/2. So when you hold it in your hands you'll see some text on the "front" page which will be 8 1/2 X 5 1/2.. When you lift up the "front" you'll see some different text on the FACE of the "back" page (which is also 8 1/2 X 5 1/2) - sort of like a card. OK? Have you looked into the "2 pages per sheet" and "Book fold" options for
"Multiple pages" on the Margins tab of Page Setup? -- Suzanne S. Barnhill Microsoft MVP (Word) Words into Type Fairhope, Alabama USA "Doug Mc" wrote in message ... There are several ways to do this but the easiest is to take a look at your
printer driver options because booklet printing is often an option. There are macros available to automate this for you too. See http://word.mvps.org/faqs/macrosvba/BookletMacro.htm. You can also print your document as a PDF and there are sites you can upload it to on the Internet that will reformat it into a booklet. I also believe that Adobe Acrobat Versions 7 and 8 can readily convert a document into a PDF booklet. I suggest that you search Google with 'Print Booklet from Microsoft Word' and check out the many options. -- Terry Farrell - MSWord MVP "Doug Mc" wrote in message ...
