You can also use InsertFieldDocument Information if you want to have that

It's still available on the AutoText menu in the document body unless you're
in a style that has its own AutoText entries. And of course you can insert it by opening the AutoText dialog. Using the Field dialog seems to be daunting for many users. -- Suzanne S.
