Default Both portrait and landscape orientation

Is it possible to create a page like this?

You would need to be able to type both in the direction as if the page
was portrait and in the direction as if the page was landscape.

You can use Text Boxes and rotate them. Or, you can rotate table
cells. (It isn't portrait and landscape orientation of the pages.)
