Default thesaurus should handle word variations (s, ed, ing)

It is very annoying to have to go back to the root word to get a response
from thesaurus in Word. The thesaurus should be able to recognize a plural or
an "ing" and offer synonyms in the same form. Corel WordPerfect has done
this for years.
