I can't get Word 2003 to Insert a Hyperlink into a particular paragraph.
That is, I right-click on a phrase in the text, click "Hyperlink", select
"Place in
This Document", and scroll down the "Select a place in this document:"
dialog box. But at this point, the chapter heading I'm looking for
doesn't appear. In fact, none of the "Heading 2" chapter tags appear in
the dialog box. I've tried regenerating the TOC, re-typing the chapter
title, etc, with no luck. I suspect there's a problem with the Heading 2
chapter tag attributes. Any ideas?
