Can anyone help me with this?
I am pulling an Excel file of names and addresses off of GoldMine. But when merging into a letter the letter has to change according to Sales Rep. Can Word change the part of the letter that would be the Signature, Sales Reps name and contact info in addition to the customer name and address input? Any help would be appreciated. |

You either need to incorporate this information into Excel (or preferably into GoldMine itself), or, say, each Sales Rep has open the MailMerge template itself (then you can take this info from the User Name).
