I am trying to insert multiple files into a word document at one time. I
know how to insert one document at a time, but I cannot figure out how do to more than one. I have tried using the Office Assistant and the only suggestion I get is for out of sequence files hold "control" and click on the files you wish to select. However, that does not work when I am trying to insert them into another document. Thanks for your anticipated help. |

Hi ?B?Q29uZnVzZWQgV29yZCBVc2Vy?=,
I am trying to insert multiple files into a word document at one time. I know how to insert one document at a time, but I cannot figure out how do to more than one. I have tried using the Office Assistant and the only suggestion I get is for out of sequence files hold "control" and click on the files you wish to select. However, that does not work when I am trying to insert them into another document. How about if you open a Windows Explorer window "over and beside" the Word document. Then use Ctrl+click to select the files. And DRAG them onto the document? If that doesn't help, which version of Word do you have?
