Default How to AUTO-update special fields like "Document title"?

I inserted into a Word doc a special field like Document Title.

When I change now the document title in File-Properties-Summary-Title

then the just inserted fields remains unchanged. Currently I have eplicitely to
clcik the contet menu "Update field" to let become the new title visible.

Is there an option the let Word AUTOMATICALLY change all occurencies of the field
Document title whenever there refered original field changes?

Pablo
