office word 2007 borders

I'm trying to create a web page with a border. Is this possible. I can get
the border to show on document view but not web view. tried saving document
as web page to see if this helped but didn't. I know when making a web page
you must attach graphics with the page to view on line. But I haven't even
got that far yet. Any and all help would be appreciated.
