Default Can't d/l resume template and can't understand OFFICE solutions

I'm forced to use vista. Continually get message that we browser does not
support activex controls. It looks like there are a lot of us with the same
problem. Is there anyone to send help?

Are you using Internet Explorer? And this is not a Word issue. I would
suggest posting it in a newsgroup for the browser you are using.
