I have posted 2 questions (though my profile shows just 1).
Within 12 hours I received emails confirming that replies have been posted
but neither link takes me to those postings and all searches have proved
negative?
In fact every post is at least a week old?
The name 'help file' is a complete misrepresentation.

You probably won't see this, either, but the bottom line is that the Web
portal is currently busted. You can still access the newsgroups with a
newsreader; see http://www.gmayor.com/MSNews.htm

If I knew how you were "just like" your email address, I would email this
reply.
