Can you display linked objects with more than the first page
I am trying to create a document, which includes linked objects. The linked
objects will be Powerpoint presentations, excel spreadsheets and PDF files. It is intended to be used as workbook with several documents linked to the master word document. When linking objects, only the first page of that object is displayed. Is there a way of inserting objects so that the whole document can be inserted into word and stil be linked to the source object. Or is there a way of printing from the word document, so that all the linked objects are also printed. |

Objects cannot span pages, so the answer is no.
Split the objects into separate pages before you insert them. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Trisha wrote: I am trying to create a document, which includes linked objects.
