i want a header on some pages, but on others i dont ..how to do th
hi
i have a word document on pages 1-10 i want a header on page 11-20 i dont want a header on page 21 i want a footer how can this be done? THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Insert a Section Break Next Page before p. 11 and a Section Break Next
Page before p. 21 Go to the first Header, then Next Page, which will take you to the Header for Section 2. Uncheck "Same as Previous," then delete everything. Then Next Page, which will take you to the Header for Section 3. Click the button that moves you to the Footer, uncheck "Same as Previous," and type what you need. Where you find the different commands depends on your version of Word.
