Default Password for only one file.

I really did not know what subject to use. My question is, how can I use a
password for only one file in Word? My husband and I use the same computer
and do not use a password. Sometimes my son and others use my computer which
is fine with me. I want to put my journal on my computer but do not want it
to be available to anyone but me. Is there a way to do this and only have a
password to my journal and not to other files in Word. Thanks for your help.

Default Password for only one file.

You can *only* password documents individually through Word. If you apply a
password against opening the document and set a high level of encryption,
and use a password of 8 or more random characters, it will take a seriously
long time to crack (so don't forget the password).
