What does this mean? Where do you want to put the star? What does a number
have to do with it?

An example would be the letter O... not the number 0 so the person knows what
to post for a password... another reason would be the capital T not the lower
case t so I want to insert a star above the letter or number to show the
person to type the code accurately...
I appreciate the help... Thanks!

I am sure you know what you are talking about, but it comes over as
gibberish. Can you explain in simple terms.

http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/C...Characters.htm

I would avoid using O, 0, I, and 1. I would also suggest noting that these
characters are case-sensitve. If I saw a letter with a star over it I
wouldn't know what the heck that meant.

If you have to explain *your* code, then you've never heard of Shingeo
Shingo's concept of Baka-yoke or Poka-yoke.

If you use a font that adequately distinguishes O from 0, T from t (as does
the one in which I am reading your messages), then this should not be
necessary.
