word is asking for the type of encryption used to open my file
WhenI try to open a certain file word is asking for the type of encryption
used so it can open it, I don't understand why as I didn't use any type of encryption and I dont know what to do to fix it, can anyone help me? |

The file may be corrupt. Are you sure it is a Word document?

Word 2003 and you are trying to open a document created in Word 2007? See
