Default how do i hide the answers to questions in a word doc

i am trying to create a self directed learning package with a list of
questions for the reader. However, i want to hide the answers until the whole
document has been read by the user?

No matter what device you use for doing that -- Hidden Text, separate
document -- how do you prevent the reader from accessing it before
they've read your entire text?

One way to hide them is to change the font color to white and they don't show
when you print them and they are hidden by a black color in the document
