I am having issues with the date field in a mail merge document from Access
2007. The field is a date/time field with only date, no time. However, in the Word mail merged document, the date and time is showing, and in a format other than what is selected on the Access side, ie. 2008-06-02 00:00:00. Any ideas how to correct it to show only 02-06-2008? |

You should be able to get the date to show up in the format you want by using the \@ date switch - just do a search in your help for date- time picture switch and it will give you a whole bunch of options for date and time. |
