When I open Word 2003 the only thing (other than the doc) that shows is the
ruler. No menu, no toolbars. It's not in full screen view that I can tell.
Menu functions work with ctrl = f keys. How do I get the menu and toolbars
back?

i'm trying to fix my bosses word. she has the same issue but her toolbar
shows up and as soon as she starts typing it disappears unless she clicks on
the office button (then it reappears until she starts typing). it's a
vicious circle and frustrating.
