Default Creating linked fields

Hi,

I have a problem that is making me rip my hair out. It seems so simple yet
so hard. I am writing a contract. When I enter a company name in to a field
or content box in word 2007, can't I make it show up in other places in the
document? IE: Can't I link other fields to it and have it update in realtime?

Please help
