how to delete a word from the dictionary
You don't mention the version of Word you are using, but for 2003 and prior
the following will help. Tools, Options, Spelling and Grammar, Customer Dictionaries You will now see Custom.dic and possibly Perso.dic (personal), select one, then Modify. You can now edit the listing as required. Hope this helps DeanH "Jerald Eugene Fox" wrote: how to delete a word from the dictionary |

In Office 2007 the Custom Dictionaries can be found by click on the Office
button, Word Options, Proofing, and the Custom Dictionaries... button. "DeanH" wrote: You don't mention the version of Word you are using, but for 2003 and prior the following will help.
