I use building blocks. One of then blocks, containing a table with fixed text
Univers 8 right aligned, messes up these font and align settings when I 'normally' save the doc (as a Word 97-2003 doc). The font is reset to the standard Univers 10 font and ailgn is back to left. I can only save it properly if I first select the table column and change the font first to anything else than 8 and then back to 8 again and the align to anything but right and than back to right again. This way the right settings are saved. I have to do this anytime I save the document. For about 30 document that is quite some time not asked for. |

I believe the problem is with the table, or the table style, not with the
building block. See http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/tablestyles/index.html. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Cor van der Bliek" wrote: I use building blocks. It certainly has the same strange behaviour, allthough I don't willingly use
Table Styles. "Stefan Blom" wrote: I believe the problem is with the table, or the table style, not with the building block. Each table has a table style applied in Word 2002 and later.
