Printing Markups in Markup Area Only
Word 2007
In my document, Track Changes is on and Revisions are set to be "bubbled". By setting the latter, I was able to get my deletions to move to the Markup Area in my document display (in Print Layout mode) and any edits I make will accurately display the pagination. The problem begins when I want to print the document showing markups. What happens is that my deletions are now printed appearing in-line which totally screws the pagination plus areas where I removed tabs or hard returns. I've tried every paper orientation option in the Track Changes Options window to no avail. This is puzzling as I recall Word 2003 not behaving in this manner (unfortunately I can't go back to that version here). Is there an option I'm missing or is this "normal" Word 2007 operation? Any help is appreciated. |
