In Mail Merge I want to delete a existing file. In Step 2 I start from
existing document. One of of the file names I want to delete. It is a .docx name. I did a file search and nothing comes up. It does not right click. What is next? TIA |

Just select the new data source, the existing one will automatically be

In Select Data Source My Data Sources the file does not show up.

If you want to remove the data source from a mail merge main document,
change the type of the document to a Normal Word document. Then if you want to, change it back to the original type of mail merge main document. The only place I can find the file is in. Step 2, When I start from existing

Why would you be trying to use Mail Merge to delete a file?
