I would like to complete a mail merge of labels but want a full sheet of

First, follow the usual steps to prepare a label merge. After you have
"propagated your labels" (i.e. copied the fields in the first label to the other labels on the page), you need to remove all the Next record fields from the page. You should be able to do that by selecting each Next record field in turn and deleting it. Personally I feel a bit more comfortable using Alt-F9 to display the underlying field codes where they display as { NEXT }. If you need to do this again, it's probably a good idea to save the resulting label layout document for later re-use.
