How to make a timeline pulled from typing in date and event?
I would like to have a table that you can enter the date and an event that
happened on that date and then have Word convert that into a graph or timeline showing the date and the events as text boxes pointing to that date on the chart? |

How to make a timeline pulled from typing in date and event?
Tracy@lawfirm was telling us:
Tracy@lawfirm nous racontait que : I would like to have a table that you can enter the date and an event that happened on that date and then have Word convert that into a graph or timeline showing the date and the events as text boxes pointing to that date on the chart? I'd be nice if it made a frappucino as well! ;-) Really, you are asking for a bit much here... Have you tried with Excel? This seems the kind of thing for Excel and its Chart wizard... it won't happen automatically, but at least you have a wizard to help you along... Try asking in a Excel group. Then, you can link your Word document to the graph in Excel. Alternatively, you might want to embed an Excel object in Word (Insert Object...) -- ______________________________ Jean-Guy Marcil Montreal, Canada |
