I am trying to copy two adjacent tables from a microsoft word 2007 document
to another new document, but when i paste them into the new document, they
are in Calibri 12 instead of Times New Roman 9, meaning they do not keep
their original formatting and are not adjacent anymore.

How can i have them copied exactly as in the original document, keeping the
font, format, and layout?

Thankyou.

Instead of copying the tables, you may want to use Save As to create a new
file containing the tables. Delete the data that you don't want to keep, and
then copy in other text as needed.
