How do I get the toolbars to display on two rows? Under Options the "Show
Standard and Formatting toolbars on two rows" IS GREYED OUT

What happens if you add more icons (or narrow the window) so that
there's a reason for them to go onto two rows?

What happens if you drag one of them under the other? (Using the
stippled bar at the left end to grab onto)
