Default Word 2007 content controls

I know you can move from one plain text content control to another by tabbing
but is there a way to move from one content control to another for all types
of content controls. Or, can you assign a keyboard combination to it.

Default Word 2007 content controls

If you protect the document you can move between content controls by using
the up and down arrows.
