When you open an existing main merge document, how can you see what data file is already attached to that document? If you can somehow open MS Query to analyze the data you'll see all the data that is attached to that document. I usually do this in Word 2000 by clicking on the Query Options button on the Mail Merge Helper window. Chris Weber |
