Default how to create a macro regarding checking gender in word document

I am a medical transcriptionist working on Microsoft Word 2003 and I wanted
to know how to create a macro so that automatically check in the word
document if there is any gender mistake i.e if we are transcribing report of
a male patient, but somewhere in the document we have transcribed it denoting
as a female and in such case macro will automatically draw our attention to
such silly mistakes. So I want to learn how to create that macro in detail.

so please guide me regarding this

Not an answer to your actual question, but it sounds as if you are using
form elements for the transcription (since you wouldn't likely be making
mistakes if you were constructing it all from scratch). That being the case,
you might be interested in the DataPrompter add-in, which allows you to
select gender and have form elements inserted accordingly. See
