why does a button on task bar begin blinking
In the middle of working with a document the button on the task bar turns
orange and begins blinking. This is causing us to lose our information. |

Usually the fault of the Norton Office Plug-in. See €śTitle bar flashes or

Disable the Norton Antivirus Plug-in for Office through the NAV dialog.
