How do I "right align" chapter numbers in a table of contents?
When automatically generating a TOC in Word 2007 the chapter numbers are
left-aligned by default. How do I set them to right-align by default? |

They should not be left-aligned by default, since the default TOC field
inserts a right-aligned tab stop at the right margin. If this has become changed in your TOC, you can modify the tab settings in the relevant TOC styles. -- Suzanne S.
