Default How do I copy an icon from the toolbar to use in body of my doc?

In Word 2003 and earlier, open Tools | Customize, right-click on the toolbar
button (on the toolbar, not in the dialog), and choose Copy Button Image.
Close the dialog and paste the image in your document.
