Large space above endnote pages
In each of my end notes pages there is a large space at the top (about 4
double-spaced lines) before the first endnote starts. This happens on every endnote page and I can't find an editing option that will reduce this space so that the endnote will start on the first line for each page. Help! I need to get my book manuscript in asap and this is one of the last things that is holding up my submission. |

My guess is that some empty paragraphs have gotten into the Endnote
