How do you change the default bullet style in Office 2007?

I'm new to Office 2007 and can't stand 'round' bullets and want to change
the default bullet style to 'square' (must be an architect's thing!)

Create a paragraph style that contains the bullet of your choice and apply
that to bulleted lists or display all the styles and modify the List Bullet
style.
