Default How do I activiate AutoRecover? ?

I would like to know how to make sure that AutoRecover is on. Where do I go
to check on this? Or how do I activate AutoRecover? Thank you.

In Word 2003, choose Microsoft Office Word Help from the Help drop down
menu. Search on "about document recovery" without the quotes.

Tools | Options | Save: "Save AutoRecover info every xx minutes."
