Either print the list directly from the original application that created it
eg Excel or create a directory/catalog merge with all the fields that you want from your list and merge to a new document. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org nancerc wrote: How can i print the list of my mail merge recipient list? |

The list is a word recipient list and i cannot print it as is. I tried to
create a directory merge to a new document with the fields I wanted but the format would not display correctly. What was wrong with the format?
In the directory type mail merge main document, insert the mergefields into the cells of a one row table with nothing else in the document. When you execute that merge to a new document, the new document will contain a table with a row of data for each record in the data source. -- Hope this helps.
