Default Removing unwanted info from copied text

Hello

I recently copied a huge track list straight from the music files onto a word document which worked fine, but I have all of the jargon, eg. mp3 etc too that comes after the title and artist on each music file. As I only want the song and artist but cannot highlight each line to copy and paste without highlighting everything, is there a way that I can delete the information that comes after the song title and artist on each line without having to sit there and manually delete each one?

Also, these tracks are all different nationalities mixed up, so I would also like to list them in groups, eg Spanish, German etc. Is there a way that this can be done too?

Hope you can help!

Sarah
