Default Can you change a paragraph of all caps text to lower case test?

I have several paragraphs that were written in all caps. On review it would
look better in lower case. Is there an efficient way of changing the font to
lower case letters.

Select the text, then use Format Change Case (or in Word 2007, click the
Change Case button in the second row of the Font group on the Home ribbon),
or use the shortcut Shift+F3 once or twice.

Anything more than a one-line-or-less heading _always_ looks better in mixed
case than in all caps. I'm convinced this is the reason banks and insurance
companies write the most important paragraphs of their contracts in all
caps: to make them very hard to read.
