How do i show Chapter & Page in index
Help - I have a large document that is sepereated into Chapter each with
number starting over 1-1, 2-1, 3-1 ond so on. I created the index and now have multiple pages showing and not the chapter showing. How do I make the Inex words read: locks 1-5, 2-6, 3-7 and so on. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks |
