I'm quoting Beth Melton, an Office MVP.

"The option you are looking for is still available but isn't in the Ribbon
by default. Right-click your Quick Access Toolbar and select "Customize
Quick
Access Toolbar". In the "Commands Not in the Ribbon" category locate "Send
to Mail Recipient" and it to your QAT."

What do you use for your email client? If it's an Internet email service,
such as Hotmail or Gmail, then it's not what is called a MAPI email client.
These don't have a programming interface in order to allow the application
to 'hook' into your email program.

You need to use an email program such as Outlook Express, Outlook, Windows
Live Mail, etc. Those that you don't need to use a web site to access.

Thank you. I tried again and just double clicked on the icon "Send to Mail
Recipient" I made the mistake of clicking on it then touching the ADD
button. When I did that it just prompted me w/ "Are you sure you want to
resore the QAT shared between all documents to its default contents."

Pampered by the way refers to Pampered Chef...not that I am "pampered"
because I am certainly not! :-)

Note that Gmail can be configured to be accessed via POP or IMAP and if you
have Outlook (probably not with the Student version of Office) you can
access Hotmail via Outlook Connector.
