Default Mailing labels from large Word file

How do I create mailing labels from one Word file containing hundreds of
individual letters?

Hi Angel-

The odds are that you don't... and quite probably can't very easily.

That large file, however, is probably the result of a Mail Merge. If so, the
address info was read from a source of data, and the same source file can be
used to generate mailing labels. It may be just a matter of doing another
mail merge, but to labels rather than a letter.

Check into it from that direction first.

Graham Mayor has instructions for this, though I don't know how easy they
are.

The instructions for extracting data in my web site link will not help with
a file of letters (unless the letter parts are deleted from a copy of the
file, leaving only the addresses).
