Default HELP!!! Lost my doc

I accidentally clicked "NO" when closing Word, and lost my document. Normally
I try to save frequently, but didn't this time.
The auto save was working, but I'm afraid I lost my doc by clicking no. Is
there anyway to recover it? I'm afraid I won't be able to recreate the doc as
nicely as I had it and I'm running out of time.

Default HELP!!! Lost my doc

If the document was never saved, there is nothing to recover.

The "Save AutoRecover information every" option is only useful if Word
crashes.

That's what I was afraid of.
I feel so sick right now. I've never done this before.
I'm changed my settings to always create a backup file.

You will still have to save the document in order to create a backup -
however, see http://www.gmayor.com/automatically_backup.htm

Checking "Always create backup copy" is a good idea. For even more security,
see this article: http://www.gmayor.com/automatically_backup.htm.
