Word files I attach get .docx extension, can't be opened
If your recipients don't have Word 2007, they will not be able to open .docx
files unless they download the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2007 File Formats from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en. But you can save the document in Word 97-2003 format before sending it. -- Suzanne S.
