Add Heading Level 10
How do I add a Heading 10, 11, 12, and so on to my Headings so that they show
up in the TOC? I have the basic Headings 1 thru 9, but how can I add more. I created an Appendix via Heading 9, but now I want to add more "Appendix" type things, i.e. Glossary-1 page number. Is this possible. |

Add Heading Level 10
It is very unusual to have more than nine levels of headings in the
document. Can you not use the same heading level for appendixes, glossary, and other back matter? Even if you define a custom heading for them, you can still map them to TOC 9 so they are displayed at the same level in the TOC. -- Suzanne S.
