I have created an address block and matched the fields 'MAILTITLE', 'ADDRESS
1', 'ADDRESS 02', 'ADDRESS 03', 'STATE', 'POSTCODE'. When I merge the document, there is a comma coming up between 'ADDRESS 03' and 'STATE'. How can I remove the comma? |

Don't use the address block - use the individual fields laid out as you
require them. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Mun admin wrote: I have created an address block and matched the fields 'MAILTITLE', 'ADDRESS 1', 'ADDRESS 02', 'ADDRESS 03', 'STATE', 'POSTCODE'.
